I’m Orsi. Founder and Creative Director of PGO Premium.
I’ve spent more than a decade working where business, visual communication and execution meet.
I started behind the camera. But the longer I worked with businesses, the less interested I became in creating isolated images and the more interested I became in everything around them.
Why this image? Why this message? Why this platform? What happens before the shoot? What happens after it? And why are five talented people often producing five perfectly good things that somehow don’t feel like the same brand?
That curiosity eventually became the way I work today. I look at the business first. Then the communication. Then the system behind what people actually see.
WHERE IT STARTED
The execution side taught me strategy.
Twelve years behind the camera taught me something strategy decks rarely do: what happens when an idea has to survive reality.
Somebody has to find the location. Work with the people. Make the image. Fit it into the website. Turn it into content. Adapt it to different formats. And somehow make all of it still feel like the same business.
That practical experience still shapes every strategic decision I make.
